Optimized optical design

Optical design of mercury lamp reflector is one of the key technologies for curing mercury lamp.

GN series reflector adopts the combination of parabolic curve, elliptic curve and free curve to create compact size and high radiation intensity mercury lamp system, with the irradiance being 20-100% higher than other kinds of reflectors.

GSN series reflectors are designed with complete free-form surface, compact volume and high irradiance. According to different application requirements, two standard products of focusing reflection system, 50mm and 100mm, are developed, which can also be optimized for other focal length requirements.

Air flow and temperature control

The mercury lamp case of CoolUV uses air fluid simulation to keep the optimum operating temperature when the shutter is open and closed.
